The adult Karate class is open to adults as well as teens (ages 13 and up, or by invitation) and has a strong focus on our Karate curriculum. We have a large group of very experienced martial artists, many of which have been training for over 25 years! We foster a welcoming environment for all, and strive to build a positive community. These classes are typically on Tuesday and Thursday nights and will make you sweat! Don’t let that scare you off though, we welcome people of all fitness levels, and will tailor your exercises to fit what you can do. These classes stand out from traditional fitness classes as they are as intense as you are comfortable with. When you get stronger, the classes get harder. You will get the most out of these classes if you come regularly, and do your best. Finally, we host a variety of social events, from going out for meals to an in-house Christmas party to encourage a sense of community. We also offer a variety of charitable events, as well as volunteer opportunities through our junior instructor program.
